Reservations
We respectfully remind you that verbal, written or electronic reservations constitute a legal binding contract.

Deposit / Credit Card
A deposit is required for all bookings in order to secure a room booking. This can be made by Pay pal or Bank Transfer.

Reservation Changes
Please email any booking date changes at the earliest instance every effort will be made to accommodate these. The deposit can be credited to a changed date if sufficient notice is given.

Cancellation
In the event you cancel your booking, less than 7days before arrival, we will make every effort to re sell the room. But do reserve the right to the deposit in the event of not being able to resell the room. In the event you cancel your booking, less than 48hr before you arrival date the deposit will be forfeited.

Payment
Full and final settlement of your account shall be made by cash on check in.

Guests
Residents of Baan Dok Mai are allowed to invite guests who are 18 years + to their room.. Residents of Baan Dok Mai are fully responsible for inviting guests to their room and Baan Dok Mai will not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage that occurs. Residents inviting guests to there room shall be held responsible for their guest๏ฟฝs behaviour and liable for any damage caused.

Terms and conditions
The Balance of your accommodation must be settled during check in. Baandokmai can not refund the balance if you check out earlier than your booked check out date.
